I suspect the reason for such a low number may in fact be due to the government doing almost nothing to reduce dependence on foreign oil. I will also be joining the Scooter (what kind of a name is that for a high ranking official anyway...I mean it makes me think of a red-headed kid with an oversize baseball cap and a blow-pop) Libby defense team some time early next week.
