A hunter was taken to St. Vincent Hospital in Billings Saturday for a gunshot wound and mauling injuries, stemming from a grizzly bear attack near Cooke City. ... When the bear began mauling one hunter, the other hunter attempted to shoot the bear, but shot the hunter being mauled instead.That is yet another good reason to take pepper spray.
